With a GF like Michibata id be suprised if Jenson aint finished the moment he gets it out his pants.

Even more suprised if Vettel had used his despite his superstar status.

Vettel is really putting on a show this year. A while back I asked which would make their typical mistakes first, and this morning showed it was not Vettel. Thus far, he has been fairly inch perfect. It's hard for me to believe it's all car. The kid clearly has skills. Even his interview skills have matured. This year, he is very impressive....so far. :)

I'm not a Vettel fan, like I wasn't (and am not) a Schumacher fan but I respect both drivers abilities; the way things are going, Red Bull, Adrian Newey and Vettel's natural driving talent, I can see him breaking all of Schumacher's records before he hangs up his helmet, he is effectively 2011 champion elect unless McLaren/Ferrari/Mercedes can make a big performance jump!

It is kind of hard to make mistakes in an unchallenged car and easier in a lesser one. As for SV skills,he is an F1 driver so sure he has em.

I don't know about that. There is something about him that in the past I have found very irritating (the finger?). This year it is less so, but I'm not ready to put an Official Red Bull Team Member pic across my signature or start slobbering over him being a god of anything.

I don't currently have a favorite driver. There are several that I like to see doing well. Perhaps by the end of this season I'll have a favorite, but I doubt it. The older I get the less I see the point of cheerleading for one driver and the more I appreciate good racing regardless (almost) of who wins. This weekend, it was good to see Alonso up there fighting for 2nd. I would love to see a four team fight for the top step each race....though it looks like they will need some krytonite if they want to bring Vettel down. Then again, things can change quickly in F1. It's hard to argue that Ferrari and McLaren have the resources at their disposal to completely change their car design in a matter of days and the expertise needed to find the golden setup. I guess we shall see if they can pull it off. Mercedes also poked their head into the fight briefly this weekend....maybe they have a rabbit in their hat for the future.

I wouldn't expect that from you :hehe:

Still dont see the hype, strike that i cant see the hype, im trying.

Theres so many counter-arguments to why Vettel is an above average/average/mediocre/not as good as HAM,ALO arguments that i dont see how anyone else could come to any other conclusion.

My mind is more then open to seeing it, i just dont.

Hes only ever won one race not starting from pole, that race saw him in first place by the first corner.............

Hes also got a much higher pole/win ratio

His car is also untouchable for two years.

He was regularly outbeaten by a general consensus regarded mediocre driver in Webber.

People seem to forget who hes driving for, and who his teammate is, far too easily.

Theres no such thing as a unworthy wdc btw, i just dont think this guy should be equalling Alonsos titles and for gods sake doubling Hamiltons and Mansells!

Many people see your point... but disagree. ;)

How about this: how about having his titles shared with Newey... oh he's already sharing them on the wcc...
Well, then regarding the wdc, maybe the FIA should re-write the lettering on all Newey-car driver champions.... there's quite a few nice names there y'know ;)

OR they can just tell the Mclaren fans to shut up and learn to lose with dignity.
