The statistically best driver in the history of the sport, joining the reigning champion team, led by the man who was involved in all 7 of said driver's championships was always going to be a tough expectation to meet...

Surely that was really right at the start of Rosberg's Career? In fact his rookie year? when Webber had already had 4 or 3 seasons in f1?

Aren't people allowed to grow and improve? Considering this thread is about how they would be matched now surely?

Or you could say they had the best possible statistical chance.

Quoting an American automotive giant, never expected that from you of all people.

Well one thing is for certain, Rosberg beats Vettel hands down when it comes to hair products, general 'metro-sexualness' and personal websites.

It's in Vettel's contract that he use Red Bull hair care products. You follow Rosberg closely it seems. Good for you, I say why not look your fabulous best!?!?

I think Rosberg would have him over the course of a season, unless Vettel continues to build on his potential. He still has too many holes in his racecraft, an area that i think Rosberg is very strong in.

^^ Yes it seems Rosberg has better race craft than Vettel and I would love to see Rosberg in an equal car what a show that would be. Vettel is a great driver so I'm not taking anything away from him yet he has made more foolish mistakes this year than his teammate.

The future of F1 is looking bright with both of these young and talented drivers.

Red Bull & Mercedes won't change next year but we could see maybe Rosberg taking webbers spot in 2012. Vettel is mighty fast but doesn't think and is inconsistant he needs to calm down & I think he might next year... Put Rosberg in the team & he definatly would calm down.

Webber has shown hes still got something there & I kind of hope he wins this year, I honestly don't mind out of Webber, Vettel & Hamilton...
Webber because its kind of his last chance... and has driven really really well this year.
Hamilton because he has got EVERYTHING out of his car and pushed it to its limits showing at some races even with a "worse" car that he is a fantastic driver
Vettel because he's young & it would mature him and also relax him for next year, also with his emmense qualli pace..
