Abolish the rule regarding the use of both compounds
Scrap the need for pits, only for people who want to change tires / repair parts of car (broken front wing...etc)
Have two types of compound, hard and soft... however make it so Hard Tires last alot longer but are significantly slower than the softs.. make them equal but not equal if you know what i mean.
