From around early 90s for me i vaugly remeber 91 for Senna then Mansell in 92 and i remeber seing the Indy Car races Mansell competed in.

Clearly remeber 94+ though supporting Mclaren but rooting for Hill also.

Literally all my life, when i was mere weeks old my Dad apparently just sat watching the races in '86 with me on his lap. :hehe: So i voted 20 - 25 years!

One of my earliest memories is of F1, i dunno if that is sad or not... :scratchchin::hehe:

My reasoning behind this is simple, alot of newbies to the sport seem to only see/understand one point of view and that is of their favorite driver. I feel that so much is being leftout from being so blinded.

So some petty vendetta rather than actually wanting to have a discussion about F1. Oh how typical of this place.

If you've watched the sport for 4 months or 40 years it dosn't matter, as every race is diffrence every championship battle new.

For example Freind of mine who dosn't really watch F1 watched Canada on sunday really enjoyed it and was full of opinon's on it on Monday and hes entitled to them as far as i'm concered.

He might not know the sports history circa 1950-2010 but he knows that Alonso's and Lewis's battle out of the pits was intense and that Lewis's Overtakes were edge of your seat stuff!

And that Button is a hell-of-a smoth driver who can't half manage his tires to turn them on when somone infront of him falters.

Fine you get the odd fanboy on the fourm but who cares, so long as they don't go too fair with it no harm done.

I'm rather curious as too how long all our members have been following F1 for my own pleasure so I have started a poll. People will have their favourite drivers and drivers they dislike no matter how long they've been following F1. Passion isnt time related.
For the record my mum knew Graham Hill. I had a brief flirtation with the Hunt era and really got into it towards the end of Senna's time and particularly through Damon. So I have no idea which box to tick. And here I am supporting Lewis....how can this be? :D

Geez, am I the only +30 yrs?

Your doing a Joan Rivers are you :hehe: ??

If you watch F1 for one year while traveling at the speed of light, you get the experience of ten years here on Earth.

No matter how good that sounds it is not the truth.
