The A10 is just a beast. have you seen the damage they can sustain and stay in the air

I read somewhere that a sustained blast from the cannon is enough to counter the thrust of the engine, literally slowing the plane down in flight when it fires.

I think I remember reading somewhere something like a 7 second blast is enough to stall the aircraft
