Bahrain set the rock bottom bar for the season.

Just wait for Valencia! It will set a new bar for sure.

If it is a bore race wise, at least it will have something visually more interesting to look at than a mountain of sand around a sandy track with nothing but sand as far as the eye can see around that.

I think Valencia is worse visually. Bahrain isn't exactly full of character but the concrete and metal railings at Valencia do my head in, they actually make me feel slightly claustrophobic.

This is where the season properly starts for me.

Getting up early to watch the race. The real start to the season.

Although I would still prefer it to be like 3am GMT

Spain has a love affair with modern architecture, I'm more of a mid century modern guy myself. If I had to pick a track to drive it would be the Nuerburgring, the opposite of Bahrain.

Massa, Vettel & Jenson - 1,2,3 on the podium please

Can we reverse positions 2 and 3?

:nono: Spa !! :cloud9:
(on a side note) Modern arq. is ok when the climate is not too cold/gloomy. Modern arq. + gloomy sky feels dead and sterile as a lab; Gloomy sky + barroque is wonderful :)

My hopes for Melbourne are easy and simple:

- NO rain (but i wouldnt mind it).
- NO safety car (absolutely HATE the SC, prefer yellow flags and the cars to be cautious around the crash area. Pit lane closed of course).
- Better racing from Mclaren (ahem... Jenson) and Mercedes. Push guys. Trash those tires! that's what I want to see.
- Ferrari 1-2
