Besides: he hasn't seen a phenomenal comeback? Hm, Prost comes to mind...

Add Niki Lauda to that list, even though he has a habit of promoting his comeback shamelessly. :P

Yeah, was thinking of him as well, but don't like him as much as AP :P

I haven't got a clue what Webbers problem actually is, drivers can only drive the car their sat in. If he's so desperate why doesn't he volunteer to drive a manual and without power steering.

He and every driver on the gird are subject to the same regulations (with Max being forced to back down anyway), I doubt the new drivers had much of a say in them, so he should just get in and drive.

having a year off with a plan of driving again the next year, isnt exactly the same as Schumi who thought he had retired for good.

Hm, did MS really think that? I'd think his extra-curricular racing antics say otherwise...

Dunno, he may have said that, but...

I believe bud is right as I vaguely remember Schumi saying something along those lines but that is neither here nor there. Now I was just taken aback by Webbers comments but he has always been very outspoken so I guess I should not be that surprised.

It's all mind games. They're trying to put them down, demoralise them. Ferrari in particular are obsessive demoralisers. Bull :censored: ers

It could also be viewed that Ferrari are the masters of 'mind games' :D , experience plays dividends no matter what side one is on  .

Anyway we are discussing a certain driver here not a certain team :wavey: .

To be fair, I can kind of see his point. With the exception of Kobayashi and The Hulk, I don't really rate any of this year's rookies. Maybe Senna.
