Ah! Is it Benetton?

edit: I am assuming you are referring to TAG engines too...?

Benetton used BMW engines in 1986 and TAG's last victory came in 1987, anyway.

Having scoured the records, the only team I've found that can actually meet those criteria is Brawn GP (Mercedes' last win so far was in 2009, the year that Brawn got their first pole, win and podium) but even that would (most likely) be wrong come the end of 2010.

 Benetton and the BMW 1.5ltr turbo.

"Gerhard Berger - scored the team's first and last wins, at the 1986 Mexican Grand Prix and 1997 German Grand Prix. He also scored the team's first podium finish at the 1986 San Marino Grand Prix.

Teo Fabi - scored the team's first pole position at the 1986 Austrian Grand Prix."

I didn't realise you were being that specific with the engine. >.<

^^ Heh, i thought it must have been TAG cause BMW obviously won in '08 and TAG ended in the mid 80's... ah well.

Here's an easy(ish) one - who, when and where won Cosworth's last F1 race to date?

edit: and if anyone is feeling clever, they can tell me the last time Cosworth won before that...

Are we talking engines badged as Cosworths, or does it include Ford-badged Cosworths?

In the case of the former, I have no idea - some time in the '80s probably. The latter, 2003 with Jordan, Fisichella taking the win in Brazil and before that, 1999 at the Nurburgring, Stewart Grand Prix and Johnny Herbert.

Well, i was thinking Fisi in '03 and Johnny Herbert so i guess the latter... but if we want to be technical, you and Tex are both correct!

And to get even more technical the Cosworths origins are in V8 form not V10 such as in Stewart GP's car but they are both true Cosworths  .

The first Cosworth engine entered in to Formula 1 was an inline-four unit. They didn't run their first V8, the DFV, until the late '60s, if I remember correctly.

I have an interesting question.

Can anyone name the only two drivers to have crashed into the monaco harbour, as well as another eerie fact that both drivers share.

OH I REMEMBER THIS:
Alberto Ascari and Paul Hawkins. Both died on May 26th.
