Team 1 must consist of drivers who have raced in F1 atleast once in the last two years, Team 2 must consist of anyone who has "retired" from racing but must still be alive, Team 3 can only consist of other drivers from other car sports such as touring, Le Mans...etc

Some good team's so far (after you read the topic correctly)

However you can't really choose the stig as his identity is unknown and he could well be (most likely) an ex F1. I personally think they still are using Perry McCarthy... however Ben Collins would fit the right critera for the stig but his driving style in races like when he drove the Honda Civic in season 5 makes me think otherwise.
