I dont really care for MMA, I prefer boxing.

Did you watch Areola - Klitschko the other night?

No. And I missed Mayweather vs. Marquez too. I cant wait to see Pacquiao vs. Mayweather, just so that we dont have to listen to that loudmouth anymore. Did you see Pacquiao vs. Hatton earlier this year? Man Pac beat the crap outta him.

They showed a replay of Mayweather-Marquez just before Areola-Klitschko. Yeah, Manny is the MAN!

It was annoying that he basically gave up is what i mean, Anderson's dancing to avoid every punch was awesome. :hehe:

Honestly, at first sight, I thought Griffin gave the fight to Silva's...
like...it did seem that there was some cheating issue there.

Why would Mayweather drop down? To show that he is the best again. But yeah Pacquiao is awesome, he's got some crazy fast hands.

 What channel was this on?

Manny is awesome, I used to hate him when he beat the crap outta De La Hoya. I was a huge De La Hoya fan, I just wish he didnt stick around for so long though.

I think Mayweather has to go down as just about the greatest fighter of all time.Doesn't posses the big KO punch but his skills are unreal.
Five weight world champion and unbeaten simply brilliant.

As for UFC I've tried to watch it a few times but the fights just look crap to me.

Poor Shogun, he really won that but as Dana White legitimately always says - you can never leave it in the hands of the judges. Either way, if this leads to a rematch then i can't complain too much, it was a good fight.

Cain Velasquez looks like he is one of the very few people who might cause Brock Lesnar a problem at heavyweight though!

Man...It was so unfair!
The problem is that in MMA/Pride/UFC the defiant has to run over the champion.
If he doesn't, the judges are always inclined to give the victory to the champion.
No problems though.
He said that he would love a rematch with Shogun.
Machida's words:
"Whenever he wants!!"
"I will face him again for the belt!
"I am always ready!"

I just thought this fight would be more exciting.
Yeah...I never expect too much from Machida's fights since they usually are boring...but I thought this one would be different.

As for Velasquez, I would like to see him fighting against Minotauro first.

Or Frank Mir based on his latest fight...!

BJ Penn looked utterly incredible in his fight. Sanchez's cut...:yikes:

I missed UFC 107...but SporTV will reprise it today.

I hope I manage to stay awake (I'm having lots of medications because I extracted my wisdom teeth)

I'm still waiting for the rerun of JSP vs Hardy. Concerning Da Silva he is just such an immense fighter but I cannot wait to see him get his butt kicked.

Did anybody see what anderson silva did today?

No what happened?

*edit: BJ Penn, by the way, lost his belt today.

To who? Penn is a great fighter but just like Da Silva I have been waiting for him to get his butt kicked.
