It's great news to have Canada back on the calendar but this price slash could result in CVC/Bernie losing lots more hosting fee monies because key circuits around the world will be aiming to get the cost of hosting Grand Prix' down to a more viable price, especially with FOTA's "racing at the best tracks" philosophy!

Would Bernie/CVC be willing to drop prices to keep certain countries/tracks on the calendar or would we see more far east and middle eastern tracks that no-one attends.

He can do that only so much - FOTA will protest if their strategically important tracks get axed.
