Rubbish there's more Support for the British drivers from the UK but..

look how many UK people here suppot Button compared with the people from the UK who support other drivers or teams.

And if hes going on about pretty much 80% Lewis which it was in alot of races it could get boring for supporters of other teams/drivers.

Allen is like that Monaco was just the Lewis Hamilton show even i got annoyed there because i wanted to know what the other drivers were doing and James just kept going on about how it was so senna-esq.

I can see why it gets annoying/boring for fans. To be fair I got annoyed by him. But if you look at other sports the commentators are always that little bit biased to their own country.

Some bias is only natural - we are only human, after all - but Allen's bias was blatant and unprofessional, and did affect the quality of the coverage. Moreover, Allen's arrogance in the face of legitimate criticism was rank. The only person to blame for him not getting the BBC contract is himself.
