does no one else find this remotely fishy?
when they wwere going on about cost cutting and budget caps they still pushed through the kers, dangling a big carrot by saying next year the alowable re usable energy per lap would double and again a year later.
to me that would mean anyone not developing it would be left far behind but it was left optional and some teams have made nothing at all of it but the teams that have, ferrari, mclaren, bmw, renault have been totally screwed over by the whole thing now it's been dropped. for this year and next.
