In Aus - most of the European races are on at around 8pm local, but before last year they were delayed until around 11pm (sunday night, i gotta work on mondays!)
The american/canadian/brazilian are timed the worst for us, around 2-3am monday morning. you can always tell the true fans are the ones with red eyes in monday meetings!

That's why you mount your wife first, give it a ride and finish before 2am, turn on the TV, relax and watch F1 for three hours, go to sleep, wake up, go to work, and take a nap at lunch time
