Because Lewis has been with Mclaren since he was very young hes started his career with Mclaren and will end it with Mclaren him and Ron are very close so he's bound to get special privileges it don't surprise me.

I don't agree with Ron doing it but i can understand why he's done it for Lewis and not Mika for example.

Well, as you know, I believe that the driver should get at least a couple of the real trophies for hismelf.

However, it's unfair that only one driver be allowed this privilege, when others were not. I doubt Heikki got to keep his Hungarian trophy, and DC neither of his Monaco trophies. To be honest, either McLaren should make this deal with all their drivers from now on, or just not do it, because it isn't fair

yup i'll name a mc/l driver that kept his troph from ron's case.alain prost!! he dropped into the crowd from the podium.i can't really rember the exact race but i get the feeling that it might have been the season ender.poss ad/aus.will look it up at some point.needless to say the ron was livid. burt .
