F1 will move to place where it gets money.If india is that place so be it.The west needs to buckle up.
It can't give the Ferrari argument that "we always had 'em races here"
And India has 1.2 billion people.There is bound to be weired s***.Has nothing to do with F1 if some one marries a dog.
And as for the weired hospital argument going around here F1 and other top level motor sport has always be more beneficial to people than even the Space exploration.The technological advantages that is passed on over the years is more profound from motorsport.
Its good to build a hospital but not all the time There are other things to do.
And besides what other country's name is on a F1 racing Team.You can have a F1 team named after a country but not race there? 1/6 of humanity baby.Don't mess.
