If there was ever any doubt that the FIA has it in for McLaren, this proves it beyond doubt.

Disgusted.

EDIT - A McLaren championship win is now worth two of anyone else's just because of all the uphill work they have to perform against the FIA.

Oh and here comes the wrath from Bud, everyone get out before its too late.......

In all respect, i wasn't expecting that and also its a bit harsh but what Hamilton needs to do is keep his cool head like he has always done and drive.

Now its just a 2 point gap between the two.

1st Hamilton 76
2nd Massa 74
3rd Kubica 59

Now, now boyz, let's tone it down a bit! No reason to throw insults left and right or slander people (European or not, Ferrari fans or not, McLaren fans or not) wholesale, ok?

I don't know how the tifosi live with themselves. The majority of them are completely amoral souls and have no honour. Enjoy your victory.

I have never been so pissed off with the sport than I am now. I am going to stop watching it if this continues. 2 races in a row and you haven't known the end result until 3 hours later.

Massa barges his way out of the pits last race, a mechanic is injured and what? ...........nothing unacceptable according to the FIA.

This race Hamilton shows balls of steel, overtakes perfectly legally, creates one of the greatest grand prix's finishes in history, and they demote him 3 places due to a completely subjective decision. He should be praised for missing Rosberg for christ's sake.

What a load of garbage. Why don't they throw out the podium, it's a pointless event. In fact, they may as well not bother racing if it is going to be forced into the hands of Ferrari anyway.

I'm surprised the FIA didn't penalise Rosberg for the way he rejoined the track and almost got hit by Kimi seeing how the FIA seem to have it in for Williams as well.

Yeah I know what you mean, the FIA are just making F1 beyond a joke these days with their politically correct approach where we don't find out the winner until hours later incase he didn't wear the correct coloured socks or something stupid.

It's alright doing it when somebody's used illegal fuel or done something dodgy to the car, but for something totally petty in difficult conditions is just ridiculous. And I'm not really bothered what happens to Hamilton, he has plenty of time to win Championships. I'm more interested in Williams picking up results.

Formula1.com:

Ferrari’s Felipe Massa has been declared the winner of Sunday’s Belgian Grand Prix after McLaren’ Lewis Hamilton was handed a 25-second time penalty following the race. Hamilton drops to third as a result, with BMW Sauber’s Nick Heidfeld moving up to second place.

Hamilton was penalised after stewards decided he had gained an advantage by cutting the final chicane in his late-race battle with Ferrari’s Kimi Raikkonen.

The decision means that rather than extending his championship lead over Massa, Hamilton now sees it cut, with the Brazilian trailing the Briton by just two points, 76 to 74, with five races remaining.

Sorry, I'm no fan of Hamilton, but f***ing bollox. When need drivers with racing experience in charge of the stewarts, not armchair experts.

Heres the footage

Hamilton clearly let off, let Kimi past, and simply beat him under braking. Now where was the unfair advantage there. He gave the advantage back to Kimi. I've never seen so much crap.

Honestly, I thinks its a disgrace. I support Felipe Massa, but I'd rather see a fair championship, not someone being handed the title based on the decision of some deluded knob-heads.

I think theres no point sitting here whining either. We should all formally complain to the FIA and stewards, and hope the message gets through.

This is an absaluely stupid and unfair decision by the FIA I am just getting fed up with them now I don't think Mclaren will even be allowed to win the championship if they continue to ruin Formula One.
