Maybe this is old news but this is what I do.
First download these two free programs
TVUPlayer
SopCast
Then go to this site MyP2P
All the different Live sport feeds are available.
Just click the sport your interested in watching when it is on. Then just keep drilling down till you get to the specific sport your interested in. (Specified program will open to watch feed)
Usually there are a few to pick from. Click on each to find best one. (Not all are English)
Also some may need other programs installed other than the two I have quoted above. (Usually the two above are sufficient to find a good feed)

any one know where you can watch the practices online when you dont live in the UK?? ITV wont let me watch them online cos i dont live in the UK
