We won that one. Prost was on the top step. Don't you mean 1988, if so:

Ayrton Senna: WDC 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991
McLaren: WCC 1974, 1984, 1985, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1998, 1999, 2007
McLaren: WDC 1974, 1976, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1998, 1999, 2008
The MP4-23's better handling over the kerbs and mechanical grip suggests to me that Monza could be another McLaren "silver-wash" again this year unless Ferrari play their cards right.
I have to say I took a great deal of pleasure from last season's Italian Grand Prix.
Yeah McLaren did a crap job at favouring Lewis that race
The FIA and Italian police made an equally bad job of ensuring a Ferrari victory. They just made McLaren angry and want to give them the two fingers! The police hovering around McLaren on Saturday morning. Schumacher handing Ron Dennis the winning constructor's trophy on Sunday afternoon.
And Alonso (hate figure a year before for the Italians) on the top step. Magical stuff.
Reverse that to Monza 89 though.
