Dont worry AKR. Monaco is not a ferrari track and considering that, their pace was good. They'll have their day.
Having said that Just like to say one more time since my original thread is locked. "What a drive from Lewis!! 40 second gap! So Sennaesque! :D:D:wink: Could cry for adrian though

Sorry...just easier if we are all in one place :D
If he mentions Senna and Hamilton in the same sentence one more time, I'll scream.

:D I dont think you can blame kimmi really. he wasnt trying to overtake, he hit water. Sorry AKR but I have big smile on my face. I am sorry you feel bad but your post made me giggle. The thought of yopu slapping Kimmi

I knew you would giggle at my comment about Kimi. He may have hit water but I am not impressed at him at all. He could of just backed off to begin with. I'm almost in tears. :( And yes Anna I can just imagine the smile on your face. Because your such a nice person I congratulate you personally on your man and team winning. I don't know if it will make me feel better but right now I feel crap and not happy. :(

I'm a sook I know. I guess it is game on then and a close season. I am going to bed now. I should feel better tomorrow. You go celebrate as your team won and rightfully you should celebrate. Bud I guess you do the same as well. Good night from me for now.

Was gutted for Nico today, everything that could have gone wrong happened to him, he could have easily beat Massa to the podium today too. Nakajima's still doing a good job of picking points up, but I hope the Williams continues on great form at Canada. Apparently their sudden up-turn in pace has been thanks to a new I-damper.

Still, what a great win for Hamilton. :)

na no beer for me, i drink scotch with a dash of coke! cheers

I think you and I are more kindred spirit's than we let on :wink: !
It was a brilliant race and Lewis deserved the win for him and his team's composure.

Well the race hasn't finished and I already can see the result is going to be crap. I hope Hamilton stuffs up. I don't like him. If he wins I hope he stuffs up next few races. Hamiton is a sad case. I even wouldn't of cared if his teammate Kova were to win but no, Kova stuffs up and the evil devil has to be on his way for unjustified lucky win that usually comes from a stupid track like Monaco.

You have a point, Monaco's really just a showpiece and it's not relevant to the sport at all, and it's unsafe, but on the other hand a race is a race is a race I guess.

:) yeah yeah enjoy your win... whatever :)

Not to sour-up your drinks guys, but you know... At least Massa got the pole on a 1-stop heavy car :) So don't be getting your hopes too high up for Valencia and Singapore

Not quite: FM said in the interview that they 'suddenly changed to a one-stop strategy, which was a big mistake'. That was afforded by rain and SC periods which reduced fuel consumption during the first stint, then they fueled him up to the rim for the remainder of the race, which made him heavy, lose time and get stuck in traffic. Game over especially since the rain Ferrari speculated on, didn't come and so they had to call him in again for dry tires (w/o fueling).

I find the title of this thread rather out of place seeing that this year the Monaco GP had so much drama, action and entertainment.
