I actually think headless started this thread to see who is the most gullable member to attempt it because he does not have the bollock's to try it himself! :twisted:

Tex I have no problem with fitness or flexibility :wink: More a problem with increasing momentum! I would need my personal trainer to go down the stairs in front of me feet first and tummy on the stairs. He/she would then act as an emergency break pedal :D
