Some of the shows they have on TV when they are pretending to help fat people and they are really just shocking us for the ratings, they show the diets of these people and they drink 59 large bottles of coke to wash down their breakfast, I wonder how they are still alive...

We ALL need to wakeup to our health concern's but I admit that from my travel experience's that the US is far behind the rest of the world in term's of eating for health. Yes the blame can be put on the individual but a portion of the blame can be put on the US's go go go "get a quick snack" attitude. It all come's down to the individual though imo.

Yeah, it's all about self control. As a kid nagging my parents for McDonalds I was too young to understand the warm happy feelings I got when I ate their food. I think these junk food vendors shouldn't be allowed to advertise to kids, as adults however we should know better.

Its not just the food its the lifestyle aswell, i drank so much coke as a kid and even ate crappy foods but i never was fat even as a young adult(think i still am ) i drank alot of coke but f you lead a active lifestyle then you can control the kJ. Having a high metabolic rate helps though aswell i suppose hehe

ps i have conveted to Coke Zero when i drink coke now. it tastes like the real thing when served ice coled i am having a glass right now yummmm
