Calm down bud no reason to get mad as everyone is entitled to their own opinion, like it or not. It seem's that with Flavio's statement concerning 'legal action' the '07 season's fiasco will overflow into '08, so much for a clean season free of courtroom shinanegan's.

Here we go about the opinion thing again. Bud or I have no problem with people having an informed opinion, but what some people have been coming out with here is nothing but double standards.

The FIA are now doubt trying to hit back at McLaren - again - and possibly paving the way for giving Renault some inferior punishment to what they should be getting.

Renault can to go court if they want for all I and people at McLaren or Mercedes should care. Regardless of whether or not they are found guilty of cheating they'll never win the court case.

No, as I explained before and will do again for your benefit with the aid of a metaphor: If a scientist comes up with a theory and proves, the theory becomes a fact. I've shown here that McLaren were forced to retract several minor errors, which would barely amount to a footnote and don't change the main point; but that Ferrari were allowed to come out with similar inaccuracies and conduct a media smear campaign against McLaren with impunity. Double standards proven.

You didn't disagree with it, but others did. Name calling is out of line, but reading people denigrate your team as part of a wind-up exercise and without the proper facts becomes very annoying. I apologise for using the metaphor, but it was not meant to be offensive; just an easy way of explaining what I mean.
