I'm surprised you didn't pick up on the surname of that particular anagram. ;)

Hungary 1997. Hill in the Arrows leading most of the race after qualifying 3rd. Passing Michael Schumachers Ferrari and leading by a huge margin until a technical fault slowed him down at the end and he came in 2nd with Johnny Herbert catching him. I cannot remember who won, expect it was Schumacher or Villeneuve. I'm not Damon's biggest fan, nice bloke, but not a great racing driver most of the time, but on that day he was the greatest driver of all time!

It was Villeneuve, with a risky move at the same corner Mansell passed Senna in 1989.

Canada 1998 was rather good.

I was at that race!

Hmm you guys do name some races I'd agree with. it's just too hard to pick one. I'll add one for your consideration.

First I was gonna make a joke and say it was the US GP with only 6 cars in it, that it was the best race because there was no extra cars cluttering up the track and getting in the way of the camera LOL,

but seriously in the same vein, the battle between Gilles and Arnoux is as breakneck as it gets! I forget where, but it was in 82 I guess, not the one where he GV and Pironi were mad at each other at the end over who was to take the flag, but the one that was boycotted by the garagistes. Just the Feraris and Renaults and maybe someone else? Anybody remember it?
