Yes Lewis is lucky to have started in a top team. He is not the first to do so but he is the most impessive. Whatever your motives for thinking otherwise he has had an outstanding start in F1,

MMM. Max hates his guts and particularly the guts of Ron Dennis aka McLaren. Bernie loves whoever will make him the most money. Yes Ron must be particularly proud and pleased that his protege has outstripped all expectations of him.

I remember you where was Mclaren last year!!!! Alonse developed the car during 1 year!!!! Mclaren is a s*** team...and Ron Deniss is a very bad manager.

If he dethrones Alonso, he will also replace the Spaniard as Formula One's youngest champion.

While the rest of what was said is true, I don't understand what this means. Hello? In his two years as world champ, Alonso was... a world champ! What else was he supposed to do? Fight for world peace? Liberate Tibet from China? Capture Osama? Get into Guiness Book of Records by eating the longest sausage in the world? I mean... he's the guy who took MS down, and he still is the youngest world champion. What else is pro F1 pilot supposed to do? Repaint Ecclestone's villa for free, maybe..?

Apart from the fact that we'll never know if any of those other drivers could've accomplished what Hamilton has so far, if Kubica or anyone else had come into F1 and done what Hamiltons done there would be the same feelings towards him and you would be saying 'I'm sure Hamilton could've done the same job had he been at Ferrari or Mclaren. The thing is, whether you like it or not you cannot deny that Hamilton has made a huge impact on the sport which is what the OT is all about rather than ifs and buts.

True, but. Most drivers will loose novelty before getting chance to drive top car. LH had that chance with his first season. That is thing that really makes him such impact - being rookie and being champ contender in his first season, but hey - many other youngsters might have same impact in equally good car.

He's good pilot, no doubt. But, uh, savior of F1? Ummm....
