Ive heard Lucca wants Alonso with kimmi and Todt(massa's agent) has been seen with Massa in the Toyota camp. Could all be nothing but watch this space

Wonder if ferrari would give FA(ha just relised what else those initials stand for )number1?

this was in this weeks autosport magazine.. and Montezemolo has said for ages that he wanted FA.. plus it would go down well with the tifosi, as anyone who screws the main opposition, gifting the championship to them is a GOD to them..

FM in a McLaren with LH would be a REALLY good team..

exactly!!!!...the Tifosi and the Italian press are screaming out to Ferrrari to get Alonso for 08!!!! but as for Massa goin to McLaren, absolutely no chance!! The FIA are going to be seriously scrutineering the 08 McLaren car, and any input by Massa to McLaren during winter testing could screw their chances of proving that no Ferrari technical information is on their car!!!

Lewisfan, FA actions at McLaren will not affect his standing with Ferrari or Renault. FA wants to win races and BMW is out performing Renault during 2007 season. Appears only one option is left, pupate and fly to Ferrari.

the FIA will be checking the McLaren design before the build process starts... well before FM could join the team, let alone have any input..

otherwise.. to hell with it.. ban F1 NOW, as every driver that has EVER changed teams will have taken knowlegde of his previous teams processes and desing..

alternatively, lets just labotomize all F1 drivers and personnel when they change teams, to stop the transfer of information.

Alonso cheated out on Ferrari, and beat Micheal to win a championship on his last season.
Micheal was a 2 time champ when he started for Ferrari, and he was not to well liked by the Tifosi, imagine the hate felt for Alonso, all those times Alonso took somthing from ferrari

on Paddock Talk site they said it would be unlikely he will get No1 status, and for the first season that would probably be true. But if Alonso were to drive for Ferrari in 08, and seriously beat Kimi regularly, then he would be No1 driver if he signs a new 3 year deal for 09 on. And Ferrari would go back to the driver format they used while schumi was there, giving outright preferential status to the driver most likely to win and what has Fanny Adams got to do with this?

thats why the Tifosi want him now, so they can celebrate with him every race, instead of going away miserable after he puts on another masterclass!!!!....his win at Monza this year made the Tifosi see how good he is, and now they want some Alonso flavour in the Ferrari recipe.....Fernando didnt want to go to Ferrari for 02 with Schumi as his teammate!!!!he knew it would be too much aggro now the time is right for Alonso and Ferrari to team up, and together they will break all the records again!!!

oh yes....good point about when they will be checking the car...if its before FM could join them, then maybe McLaren will be in the clear
