Gerald Wiegert founded Vector Aeromotive and produced the Vector W8 twin Turbo, the only American exotic at the time. It had gullwing doors and a twin turbo Chevy V8. It was fast as f***. It was no homemade crate. It has such an anvanced safety structure that it is to date the only car ever to need just one car to perform both the front and rear epa impact tests. Well I guess things weren't going too good as other people gradually owned more and more of the company. Once he had less than half the shares he was simply voted out of the boardroom. On his a$$ outside in the blink of an eye. Yes you can fire the owner. Very easily too, not that Norbert has any such plans.
Vector was later bought by the same company that at the time owned Lamborghini(some Malaysian holding company or some sh!t), and a new model, the Avtecc IIRC, had the same engine in it that the Diablo of the time had.

Yeah, RB (not that ugly mofo from Brazil;-) and MS - the most winning combo in F1 history.

I don't imagine Braun will end up anywhere other than the scarlet concern.

Oh yeah, as for the original question, I think that Kimi would have done as well as or better than Fernie in this year's Silver Arrow. I also think Fernie would have done just as poorly as Kimi did in last year's silver arrow. Actually I think Kimi did a great job last year, too bad about the car :?

not sure about FA being as hard on the car as KR, so FA may have done better than KR in last year's McLaren.

Yeah it's a toss up. Kimi extracts more out of the car = higher result IF the car lasts
FA is only a journeyman. More finishes but won't finish as high.

it seems to me since 1999 mclaren has done nothing in both world championships, enter fernando alonso who quite honestly set mclaren up this year with his experience and there winning.good examples are him not sharing set up info with lewis or do u really think that lewis would have won anything this year?mclaren people are talking rubbish about fernando that he is a cheat and so on but dont realise he is the one probably going to win the championship?i personaly dont think that mclaren would have done anything this year without him. makes u think dosent it?
:D im with you on that :D

how can Ron get fired? i can only see that happening if Mercedes urged he step down, but i doubt this would ever happen?
er, actually Mercedes want rid of moRON now!!they are fuming over moRONs stupidity during spygate, and also the way he has handled both drivers  what should have been a walk in the park for McLaren this year, has turned into a shambles, thanks to moRON and Whitless  wRONg out....long live Mercedes :D:shock::P

Mercedes has been seriously damaged with this.

They remain committed to McLaren and cannot understand why people would expect any different. They work closely with Ron,do not doubt his honesty and integrity and understan the politics of F1. They know the score.
hmmmm...makes me wonder why Mercedes allowed moRON and Whitless to completely mis manage the drivers with this equal status bu!!sh!t :D any integrity moRON had has long gone now :P Mercedes want him out  all that nice talk is for the press, behind closed doors they want rid of moRON :evil: wRONg out.....long live Mercedes

No, not the same, since he can refuse. unlikely if it were to happen, but there you go..

and as for Merc wanting him out... i doubt it..

Were was Fernando in 05? McLaren had the dominant car albeit with a lack of reliablity.

The truth hurts youre a laugh! So on one hand in this forum you say McLaren cheated with Coughlan having a Ferrari dossier which is why they are so fast this year yet on the other hand youre saying they are fast because of Fernando Alonso?

well which is it?

im really over this forum! Sorry Stephen i cant be bothered coming back here with fools like this around!
