In my mind I keep seeing him do the "That's all folks" when he walks out of his job in Mrs Doubtfire. The irony makes me smile as if he would see the funny side of it.

I dare anyone to not watch awakenings and not cry. (Plus it was Vin Diesels 1st movie role)

My favourite is Good morning Vietnam, I love that film.

I saw this tribute someone made to him on Twitter today.

Hi I am Bob from Artillery.
Hi Bob, what do you want me to play for you?
Anything just play it loud

Oh yeah I remember seeing Awakenings, highly depressing but it wasn't Robin Williams who starred in that one.

What a genius! What an amazing talent!
Such an irony that he made people laugh when he couldn't.

May he find the peace in death that seemed to elude him in life.

May his family find solace in memories made together and shared.

It's also very sad that the media "needs" to give us all the details, one by one!
Doesn't the media realize that, regardless of Mr. Williams' public life as a celebrity,
this should be a time where his privacy is respected? Doesn't the media take into
consideration that his family and friends, must be reeling in shock and pain that
they weren't able to help him in his time of need?

I just read that his daughter Zelda has just deleted all her social media accounts because of the abuse people are giving her. :-( sad people
