What do you reckon eventually we'll end up with 3 DRS zone tracks?

I would go for every straight but it could only be activated once per lap regardless of whether they're behind someone or not.

My views on DRS, KERS etc has been well aired; making overtakes like overtaking on a motorway makes a mockery of the sport, it now takes no talent to make an overtake!

i think you should have a certain amount of DRS usages per RACE, say 1/4 of the number of laps but can use it on any straight.

it would introduce thinking and tactics

How about everyone can use DRS at all times unless they are within 1 second of the leader. In which case they can only use it in DRS zones. Also the leader can not use it at all

Lol its like playing 'catch up mode: on' in gran tourismo...I hated that feature in games. The leader is constantly penalized!!!

So you think it would work then?

Let's go one step further, the leader gets reverse DRS; the wing position is set to vertical and the engine mode is turned down to 80%! That should encourage some overtaking! :P

Maybe the car at the back of the race has 100% power and the leader has 80% and everyone inbetween has a sliding scale of power in relation to the leader
