It's 2013?? :yikes: When I was younger the thought of this year made me excited because I'm going to be 18 but now it's not even a big deal.

Resolutions:

Spending time more efficiently
Studying more
Caring less

These are all I can think now

Stop wasting so much time on the iPad
Spend more time learning mandarin and French

We have a Toolbox Talk every morning which covers various goings on and we get a reminder about stop the job and working safe daily. After the talk we have to sign our lives away. Aside from that, everything is signed by the operative.
