I voted for McLaren 'cos someone has to. I'm starting to feel sorry for them what with all the hating and wotnot.

Me and bud are still there to cheer them on :)

A lot of Lewis Hamilton fans jumped onboard his train when he started in F1 now that he has left its back to the way it was before his time for McLaren fans. :drink:

As for the vote i picked Mercedes, Hamilton and Rosberg. Followed closely by Redbull.

McLaren's reminds me of when Mika retired and we had DC with a second year Kimi who was at the time an unknown as Perez is now. Perez may just surprise a few people as will Button going by what Pirelli will be bringing next season.

Bud.....come on. Seriously, come on. :hehe:

You really think Button today is a match for DC at his prime? Okay, let's see...DC beat Kimi during their first year partnership, if Perez is anywhere near Kimi's abilities we should see the same from Button. This should be fun.

Button 1 - DC 0.

Sure, in that spaceship in 2009 1/4 of the grid could've won the WDC. Let's not use lame comparisons to compare these two....I prefer to keep the benchmarks within the same car. Makes more sense...if you get it. Most probably not. :P

Ferrari could be if they'd let Massa race and stop messing with his head, but they won't.
RedBull Vettel and Webber. Solid but flattered by the car and Webber disappointed me this year.
McLaren Button can't hack it if the car isn't exactly how he likes it and Perez, though clearly with potential, is unproven.
Lotus Kimi bubbling under the top three but I don't think quite there. Grosjean, huge potential but huge problems. Could be a great pairing next year could be same as this year.
Mercedes Nico has never been in a top car but has beaten a seven time world champion. Lewis, fastest outright racer on the grid. Has to be Mercedes. C'mon Mercedes, give these guys a fast and reliable car. Pretty please!!!!

Yeah.

Wouldn't say that they've been flattered by the car. Both are good and the car was a turd at the start of the season. Both did well to turn things round.

McLaren Button can't hack it if the car isn't exactly how he likes it and Perez, though clearly with potential, is unproven.

Of course he can hack it! All drivers suffer if the car doesn't suit them! I reckon Perez won't live up to expectations. He should have satyed in the mid-filed a while longer.

Would be great if they had less of a liability in the 2nd car.

I wouldn't read anything into Rosberg finishing ahead of Schumacher. It was pretty obvious to anyone watching that this wasn't the Schumacher of old. It wasn't until this season that Schumacher was on top of the car but he endured terrible luck through most of the season. I thought Alonso or Vettel were the fastest drivers at the moment.
