This season I am more excited than the previous one, F1 has got better, yet I do wish we could have the aesthetically pleasing F1 cars from 2008, but then again we can't have it all :-(

Seriously dude, those cars were hideous. The new ones look much better.

If Vettel wins, we're all screwed.

i was thinking the same, if Vettel blows everyone away again.... its time to look down and collect pts to save face.

for Sepang...... i think conditions will be different. So the tire issues at Merc and Ferrari will hopefully look different. Perhaps RB, Mcl, Ferrari, Merc and Renault will have a closer fight, in which case, the race will be awesome.

Lots of wingy-thingy and KERS which will probably have all the above teams get a bit closer to Red Bull as they are the least happy about these gimmicks. i was thinking Q was a bit less important this yr... but forget about it (if even for the lap 1 traffic alone) Q is BIG.

Massa NEEDS a decent result or the rumours around his seat will finally be cut-throated.

Definitely looking forward to 'rookie sensation" Sergio Perez aka Mr. 1-stop. That was a fine "up up dn dn left right left right A B A B" he pulled on his tires in aus.

Vanilla Bear.... have you jumped ship? All I see now is pro-McLaren posts and a JB avatar :confused::confused:

It'snot his fault, we have chocolate cake

Then his name should be Chocolate Bear

Bu that's Turk!

Now that's what I'm talkin' about. (Cos sometimes that really is what I'm talking about)

Redbull strong again, Another 1-2? Vettel is mighty so I know we can count on him, but can Webber break out of his funk?

I expect McLaren and Ferrari to be duking it out right up at the front as well. Massa needs to pick up his game or he will be a test driver real soon. Alonso is a force to recon with this year, lets hope there are no doldrums like he had until later in the season last year. Hamilton looks very fast and confident with his car and JB seems to have some fire in his belly again and also is comfortable with his car.

Love to see Sauber do well this race like last with a proper wing this time (everyone said that it didn't affect performance, so lets hope). Perez and Kobayashi are really talented drivers, lets see them keep bringing it.

I want to see Mercedes do well and really bring the fight. Earn the right to stand with the big boys instead of a mid-field team that is always mentioned with the front runners.

Petrov, will I think continue to show what a strong car Renault Lotus produced and that he just needed some time to get comfortable with the big F1 class superlicense in his pocket. I know people hate to compare Kubica to Petrov, but just imagine Bobby getting a chance to show what he can do in the Renault. I think he would be right up there with Petrov and the rest as he is a Great driver.

Sepang will be a good test for the DRS with it's long straight down to a tight turn and back into the long pit straight. Maybe they will let them run it down both? hehehe. In any case, I am hoping that this layout helps with some awesome passes. I think the DRS won't be as usefull because opening it reduces the force on the rear tires and affects the ability to accelerate from the turn before the straight. I keep thinking of JB at Monza last year with the big rear wing helping him get an awesome start because of the rear downforce pushing the wheels into the ground and letting him really give it the beans.

We shall see, I am probably completely wrong. Lets just make sure that people listen to Eddie Jordan and get some banker laps in right at the start instead of being dummies like last year.

I rarely say this, but your opinion is objectively wrong

If Vettel wins, we're all screwed.

Speak for yourself :hehe:
SV for the win!

You think? You're not worried about things getting boring if he wins like very race?
#247697
Would you be bored if Jenson wins every race?

I watch every GP hoping for a Hamilton victory. Sure, if he wins very often, the victory is not as sweet though I wouldn't knock it. :hehe:

As a Webber fan i and getting worried already after 1 GP. Last race he was slower by a big margin and he wears out his tyres quicker than Seb :irked: its not like Mark to be that far off Seb. Maybe its just his Aus GP hoodoo or something is not quite right with his car but whatever it is i just want to see him closer to Seb at Sepang.

should be action packed race, hopefully Mark well be right up there with Seb and the Mclarens.

I just hope that Mark gets given the same equipment as Seb.

he seemed very put out after Australia. Nothappy at all. Would hey have given him an inferior car? Seems stupid to not give your drivers best possible chance of a 1:2.
Dont want this to go of topic so please relate answers to what might happen in Malaysia.
