Vettel: because he was the FASTEST all yr in 2010. Sure, he had his little issues, some out of his hands, some more or less in his..... but because Vettel was able to keep his head super cool, while Webber went all crazy and questioning the team in public, getting himself hurt and simply not being able to deliver when it mattered.......... i think Vettel has the edge. Plus the team wants to keep him. Webber is good, but Vettel is better.

Alonso: because he is better than Massa and just as, if not more hardworking. But Massa willl definitely be closer, hopefully he is able to keep those tires for a good stint.

Jenson: not because i'm brave, but because i think Jenson was very close all 2010 (when he could have had a similar struggles as Massa with the tire issues), made absolutely no mistakes, in a totally unfamiliar car, with lenient tires... WTF were those tires doing lasting a whole race?! Most drivers have said, tires will be important and so will consistency..... those words almost mean Jenson (if it wasnt for his 'unexplainable' dips in form near the end). Plus... who cares if Jenson is slow, we got buttons for that now ;)

Schumacher: he struggled last yr, maybe he took it easy... but at times he did look up there. Now i think he's had more time to work with the team and will come back to an element. Not enough to beat the other guys, but Nico will not have it easy. Look at the testing times, Schu has been very good and seems to be able to work around the tires better than Nico. I doubt Nico will end with more points.

I think Ferrari should be void from this poll, we all know their no1 and 2 system.

Yeah, and it worked to perfection in 2007, and ALMOST perfect in 2008 and 2010.

Besides there's 1 vote for Massa already. It could have been Stefano joining in the Forum poll; anyway, its Massa's last contracted yr. He doesn't have to do anything he doesn't want to, all he has to do is show how fast he really is.

I voted for him out of pity.

Thanks to malfunctions Vettel had...
We'll see this season... :D

Would those be mechanical or mental?

I truly wish I could say all mental :hehe::hehe::hehe:

Unfortunately it was a mix of 3 big mechanical failures (bahrain, australia, and korea) and 3 big mental errors (turkey, britain, and spa). There are probably more but those are the main ones that come to my mind

:hehe: he disappears at 3/4 into the season..... at least he is consistent at that (disappearing). To his comfort....... so does Lewis :)

More mechanical errors I think, Malaysia and Bahrain.

Why Webber has only half the votes Vettel does is beyond me? sure if Vettel has more thats fine, infact what id say, but how can so many more think vettel?

More than enough to lead the championship most of the year?

I seriously hope youve just missed my point in your reply. Im simply asking why the gap is so large when Webber outperformed Vettel for a huge chunk of the season. Enough to be taken seriously, and yet somehow his votes are lagging? In the same breath, schumacher is equal to Rosberg despite the latter absolutely thrashing schumi, i voted schumi and said it was with my heart then with my head, but im not sure everyone has done that.
