Not really. Think about the quality of feedback an inexperienced driver will be able to give compared to that of their regular drivers.

the drivers don't have to be young, despite the name l think the criteria is not have raced in F1 for two years and hold an international A license

Didn't know whether to post this in this thread or Red Bull, so I chose here. Did you know, in the last 20 years Newey and Brawn have won all except four of the constructors titles.

Those four consisting of the 2 Renault titles in 2005, 2006, and.....? I only started watching in 1998 so which are the other 2.

Yes those two and Ferrari( minus Brawn) 2007, 2008.

Oh right...they kicked Brawn out by then. And I still forget that McLaren were DSQ that season....but in my mind they were all over the WCC that year with Hamilton and Alonso. Rightful winners, no matter what Mosley did.
