Your suggesting Webber to Renault to replace Kubica, Kimi to redbull (in Webber's place)? What a grid that'd be, half of me wants Massa to leave now, I'm pretty sure Ferrari can get Kubica in there.

99% of drivers admit they want to drive for Ferrari, the other 1% are lying

But 98% of drivers can't speak Italian so when they are approached by Ferrari for a contract they think that the contract says...." you'll be an equal number one driver in the team and there will be no team orders"

...and then.....the sh#t hits the fan!

Massa can speak Italian

Right!

back in the Ferrari dark ages 80s 90s before Schumacher got there it was 99% of drivers would be lying if they said they wanted to drive for Ferrari.

Wrong!

I think that Massa is making his point that he will not become a #2 driver for anyone; like Barrichello found himself being partnering Schumacher!

He's making his point by delivering crap performances that will surely leave any team with sense thinking that he's just not a guy you could truly build a team around?

Seems the urging fell on deaf ears. Demotivated instead of motivated, maybe?

Really feel for Felipe. He's trying and happy, but it just isn't happening for him yet. I hope he can put together a good race.

He's a great team guy and, even with everything going on he's committed to helping the team. Here's his latest press quote translated:-
"About the play of Fernando Alonso for the title, Massa reiterated that he
will do anything to help the Spanish and Ferrari to lift the trophy as
champions, even if I have to give up a victory in Brazil, as I once
did with Kimi Raikkonen.

"That is what happened in the past. I am a professional driver and I
know how important it is also one for the team championship, both as
Team Riders," he said."

Now that's a team player, and you can ignore but you can't pervert those words, they are direct and he didn't have to say anything.

A picture is worth a thousand words, Felipe at Susuka

And for anyone that doubted how well these guys are teammates

performance says it all, more than words or carefully chosen pretty pictures! Felipe is not happy in that Ferrari.

He's had problems all year, he says it tyre temp that hurts him and his style. He tends to do better in the race after a few laps which tends to support that. I love him as a real team player and I just hope he can get back to the Felipe of old.

It's hilarious hearing Ferrari fans mirroring their shepherds in wishing massa to get back to the Felipe of old, when I'm sure winning in Germany would have done just that for his confidence!

That was my point at the time; Felipe Massa now knows that he will not be allowed to win a race for the rest of the season if Alonso is immediately behind; his motivation to drive the wheels off the Ferrari will be low considering he is effectively a #2 driver, things could have been very different if he was allowed to win in Germany!

Massa's performance is pathetic, and it's been on a steep downhill since Germany.

Typical Luca, shoots down his driver and then tells him to get the f*** up again and help his bottom. What does he expect?

Massa's laying his message clear on the circuit to Mr Need My Teammate's Help: You're on your own Fernando. Let's see how he handles it in 2 hours time.
