i have to admit that i will have a sense of satisfaction when all of those people that jumped on the button/brawn bandwagon and bought hats and all of that will be coming back to the mclaren cause. but at the same time as much as i don't think button would be fast enough in a mclaren it would be nice to have both british champions in the same car. probably will happen so you may as well get used to it. the brawn vs mclaren fan arguments days are numbered. we are going to have to learn to get along! :)

What Brawn vs Mclaren arguments?? I thought we got on rather well, to be honest.

:hehe: To be honest, I supported Brawn because of Button (as with BAR and Honda before them), so I'm likely to be shifting my main allegiances back to Mclaren next year. I'm disappointed really, I wanted Lewis and Kimi at Mclaren and Jens to stay put - this is far from ideal from my point of view...

Ditto. But McLaren have done a lot to make themselves more likable (From my point of view) in the past few months, so I'm kind of okay with it

I've always liked McLaren, just not LH.
I supported Brawn becasue it was an awsome story, even though I have and will always support Alonso (no.1) and Vettel quite alot.

does anyone else not find it a tad sad after all he put into the BAR/Honda/Brawn, waiting for a time when they could be competetive (which, for the most part they had been) enough for a world championship, just to be hoisted out over a couple of million, i'm not sure who is at blame, we don't know the internal politics, but i'm sad to see the affiliation end, when Honda produced good cars that suited button he was very good (2004,5 and 6 spring to mind) although i agree when he's not on, he's very much unplugged at the socket, although to some degree he's got over that this year. I hope he can give hamilton a good run, but i fear a car built around such an aggressive driver is going to be terrible for Button in the long run :(

I.E. I hope he stays :)
and orange arrows make a comeback :)

which is more likely I wonder...

I'll just leave this here...

If that prat in the middle wasn't there that'd be a nice photo

:yikes:

Thats Sir Ron Dennis.

He's a Legend!

No...Just...No. Button can make me cheer a McLaren, but I will never like Ron Dennis.
