Glock should be ashamed of himself, Hamilton didnt deserve that

Bollocks, he was on the wrong tyes

UP YOURS FERRARI !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Toyota are Cheats! Now we know who the real moral champion is don't we. I hope something happens and Lewis Hamilton is stripped of his title. Congrats FERRARI for the constructors.

UP YOURS MCLAREN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AKR, I don't know how old you are (I'm 37), but I'll give you a little piece of advice:

Take it easy, my friend. It's just a sport. Relax, Massa and Ferrari did a great job, perfect race, but the math (and a wrongly-setup Toyota) didn't work in Ferrari's favor. Hamilton's driving was perfect right up to the last moment, letting Vettel pass him, so he is as deserving as Massa.

Relax, take a good drink, enjoy life. Trust me, no one at Ferrari knows you exist, and you gettings your panties in a bunch for this won't change the outcome.

Relax! :)

Good post. I know it was 7 or 8 forum pages ago but you make a very good point. Besides, without the rain both Hamilton and Vettel would have beaten Glock anyway, as they did at the end, so no harm done to anyone except Hamilton losing a point.

Congratulations to Lewis and condolences to Massa. What an unbelievable race, truly was spectacular!

Roll on 2009!!

Ok, Ive just read through everyones comments, firstly Im a little suprised by some of the comments from the "so called" F1 forum gurus. (using the word lightly).

Im 24 yo, and a arsenal fan to add!!! So my weeks been a little on the heart breaking side already the last 5 days..... However, the feeling of watching hamilton get passed by Vettel on the last few laps nearly made me bloody cry!!

I was screaming at the TV in disbelief, I was GUTTED!! Also, at the start of the race I was saying to my missus how much I liked Vettel, but in a shot was spitefully disjointed. Anyhow... what a race and what a great finish!! SO glad Hamilton wonm and after all the crap this season with the FIA and the loss last season. He DID deserve it,

Why is there so many ppl on this forum pissed about Toyota?? Watch the Replay guys!!! He was slipping all other the bloody road, he could barely hold the car on the track on the last lap due to the increasing rain. Then to top it off with the slower pace and cooler tyres, he was totally screwed. Thats why he lost all his places, if it was so easy to complete the race on slicks then everyone wouldnt have pitted to intermeidates with just 6 laps left!!

As for Kubica getting in the way of vettel and hamilton on the last few laps..... shame really, but maybe hamilton should have been a little more aware instead of going so wide.

Massa seems like a good guy, a good racer and on TV a good family behind him. So finally, Grats to Massa on his performance, grats to Ferrari. Most importantly Gratz to Hamilton on a well deserved season.

Only bitterness I have to say is that I hope all them bloody retard spanish who posed the racist remarks choke on there Taco's!!

:thumbup::thumbup::hehe::clap:

Also!!

I find it a little strange when people go on and on and on about Hamilton being a choker when it really matters.

Yes he does....... The guys 23 years old trying to secure his first championship, hes a human remember?? Presure / nerves is everything, just like taking a penalty in the world cup final, the chances of choking is very high.

However, every season that goes by, he will grow and deal with it better and better.

I was crying tears of joy when Hamilton managed to finish ahead of Glock, but I felt sorry for Massa. I think Massa really deserves a championship considering that he was one of the hardest working drivers in F1 and he was unfortunately overshadowed by Schumacher in his early years with Ferrari.

Well, some desperate Tifosi and/or Samba men are just clutching at straws. Toyota took a risk, which was fair enough in the circumstances; they had nothing to lose. It didn't pay off and Hamilton and Vettel got passed him. Rather than criticism, Glock should be praised for keeping the car on the track.

What an incrediable race I was eating my words when i said this wouldnt b as tense and excitin as last years title showdown. The tension, excitment and dissapointment changing at the last corner to totally exstatic. Uneilevable just reminds me why i love this sport even, after all that has happened this season for the championship to be decided by a corner really sums up how great this seasons been it trully has had everything and in my short time watching F1 since 2002 this has to be the greatest end to a championship i have ever seen. My only regret is not being on the chat with every1 for the race it musta been great.

Well done Lewis you are a worthy and great champion!!!

Wow. That race was almost everything I wanted from the final of the season - edge-of-the-seat, nail-biting, standing-on-the-sofa awesome
Congrats to Lewis and McLaren, commiserations to Massa and Ferrari. I have to say, my opinion of Massa shot up after hearing what he had to say in the press conference afterwards - he took it so well, like a true sportsman.

It is nice to have the championship back in the UK, but I mainly wanted to see Vettel get a good finish, which he did. I was jumping up and down on the sofa when he went past Hamilton *hides from all the Mcaren/Hamilton fans* :hehe: - but I'm happy to see that Lewis won the championship in the end.

Hats off to Mclaren and Hamilton! They almost screwed it up again though with some risky decisions but they got the luck in the end and came out on top. Massa and the rest of the team can hold their head up high they did a great job it is just that Hamilton this year was the best driver.

I support Ferrari but I am proud that Britain has got a world champion after so long.

Nice job Lewis!

Yes, McLaren and Hamilton do like to do things the hard way. It certainly scared the s*** out of me. I've only just managed to recover! :hehe:
