The temperature has dropped a little since yesterday. It seems to be about 21 celsius and pretty cloudy. That should help McLaren, certainly on the option tyres.

That woud make you happy wouldn't it? At least Ford is currently 1st, 2nd and 3rd at Bathurst. Although still around 40 laps to go before 161 are complete. I am hoping for a Ford triumph. The strongest Ford is a Vodafone sponsored car by Craig Lowdnes and Whincup. All good luck to that Vodafone car. All kudos and bad things to happen to the Vodafone sponsored cars in F1!

You really are a tetchy cow before a Grand Prix. :D

Never seem's to end doe's it? :hehe:

Don't call me a cow as that is rude. Besides I am nice looking anyway.

PS I know you were not really being rude so no personal insult taken. :D

right, i haven't gone to bed so i'm gonna be shattered, but don't really care, i'm just excited. Cool conditions which should favour Lewis over the Ferraris, and apparently no rain. Let's hope for a clean start

I hope Kimi hits Lewis Hamilton on the first corner and they both go out.............

I'm away to watch the race now. I'll see you in a couple of hours. Enjoy the race guys. And come on McLaren! :D

Ive just got in-cut my night out short! couple of hours shut eye and I'll be there :)

If Lewis Hamilton completely dominates, I wont be there...........

Also there is another big race happening right now which I am watching in bits. (It is a very long race that is why). The Bathurst 1000 (Australian V8 Supercars). It will continue to be on even after the Japanese GP has began (and is where I stop watching the V8s for the then time being, except during commercial breaks) and will probably end at around the same time as the Japanese GP. Wish I could be as relaxed with the F1 race as with Bathurst. I bet Bud has been glued to the TV all morning and day watching the Bathurst 1000 race.........

No way i cud watch anything else if a GP is on. Ive resurfaced. Somewhat groggy but not drunk Ewman..sorry :drunk:

that was not a clean start...oh dear Lewis. Uphill from here.

Bad starts happen, but his actions after bad start were simply disastrous. He completely lost his cool! Luckily Massa is not doing much better at present, but never the less, this attitude problem he has just expressed (and consequences) might cost him championship.

That being said, while I agree with Massa's drive-through penalty, I'm far from sure LH deserved the same; well, in ideal world at least. In the world that is, I'm hardly surprised.

But it does not change the fact that LH's attitude got the better of him. Again.

Now guys and girls, let's put the Massa and Hamilton squabble aside for a couple of minutes to consider what you have just seen today.

(Ableit Luck) Alonso has shown YET AGAIN that he is the best out there. Unfuckingbelieveable how the f*** did that happen. Man Im f***ing climbing the walls here! TOMATOMATOMATOMA!

That pace him hittin 1.19.2 lap after lap after lap.
That is what you miss Mclaren - he is now 3 points behind ur driver in a car which is still way off you
That is what you miss Ferrari - a driver who pushes ALL race, not just the last 10-20 laps.

I don't want to offend people. I'll discuss the other matters in due course.

But well done RENAULT and well done Alonso. Heck Wee Piquet has helped us. Keep this up and who knows?

I hope nothing happens to Bourdais. He had such a strong result today, and man, what a disaster today for McLaren! Felt bad for them when Heikki's engine gave out.

Congrats to BMW, and Renault tho!! They had one helluva race.

Well Ferrari got zero in Singapore and now McLaren gets zero. What comes around goes around. Glad to see Ferrari first again in the Constructors Championship and Massa close the gap to Lewis Hamilton back to 6 points. China is a Ferrari track so I hope no rain next week in China and no dramas for Ferrari.

Btw Go Lowdnes and Whincup. Ford wins the Bathurst 1000 for the third time in a row with the same driver combination. And impotantly Winterbottom of Ford re-takes the championship lead over Tander of Holden. I guess it is a black day for you today Bud as McLaren lose and so do Holden. :D

Well Done Alonso, another win, back to back - fantastic drive.
Kubica had also very nice race, especially defending himself from Kimi.

I enjoyed that early morning very much :)
