Best quali, pulled out a gap over rosberg at a track many people though Ros would win, Best fuel saving, Best tire managment

Man Dan can't be smiling anymore, that was so so so unlucky.

That fist pump :) Lewis used 2/3% less fuel than the others around him too and set fastest like by 0.8 over his teammate I think.

And he's somehow 2nd in the standings despite a DNF! Just 1 point ahead of Alonso though.

First Merc 1/2 since 1955!!! Merc are back!!

And to those who say Lewis isn't a thinking driver. Pole position. Fastest lap. Race win. Managed fuel better than most. Total command. Get in there!! :cloud9:

Great result for Lewis, I really cant fault his weekend, well deserved win; reasonable result for Button in sixth, crucially ahead of Magnussen. Excellent drive from Hulkenberg; I'd love to see him in a top car. But I really feel for Ricciardo, he really did nothing wrong and Red Bull screwed up his pit stop; which led to a penalty for unsafe release and a broken wing to add insult to injury. Of course the talking point will be the team orders at Williams!

It wasn't a team order exactly. They didn't say let him pass they told massa not to hold Bottas up, which he didn't.

But it was strange that massa closed right into button failed to pass and then just dropped way back.

Yes, but we all know the real meaning of "Valteri is faster than you..."

Great race. Lewis shows why Merc broke the bank for him despite having Nico who is very quick as well. The difference is being able to produce the fastest out of a car at will. Lewis practically out qualified Nico 20 times today. Even when Nico pulled a gap on Seb, Lewis increased his gap on Nico at will. He was consistently quicker over the entire race.

Seb is a great driver and is proving himself, although a question remains about exactly what happens in that team. Ricc has to concentrate on beating Seb in quali and try stay ahead in the race and away from the pit as much as possible.

Alonso the difference for Ferrari, imagine they didnt have Alonso, that team would be in a permanent crisis. Maybe in a way its bad having Alonso because it masks their true situation, like when Lewis was at the old McLaren

Bottas unlucky, he is way better than Massa, the cry baby. The sooner Williams recognise this the better.

Mag quicker than his teammate despite bad luck and issues. If the Williams boys were not playing silly games both would have finished ahead of Button and Mag would be just behind Button despite his issues and penalty etc. Again outclasses his team leader

At the end lewis was 91% with Nico and Seb 95% Just over 4% :D and like the merc guy said these days efficiency = speed :thumbup:
