There are no points handed out on saturday. Interesting how Nico has found himself in the niche designed for Lewis by the idiots in the media (and some fans) - It now appears Nico is the one with raw instinctive 1 lap pace but not much gumption on race day :hehe:

...and all of a sudden brake issues is a legitimate excuse.

It is over 1 all or nothing quali lap, but it sure as hell aint over 30 laps stuck behind a Marrussia or whatever happened to Nico :wavey:

No, I agreed with what Sky were saying yesterday. Hamilton is faster but in the last few qualifyings (when he hasnt DNF'ed because of car issues) he has been overdriving the car, making small errors which have made the difference. Look at the last 3 normal qualifyings with no mechanical failures. Canada made a few minor errors, Austria went off and spun out, Britain gave up his lap, Spa went wide on a couple of corners and overdrove the final corner and spun the wheels up.

Lewis V Nico at La Source... will it be close enough to warrant a thread of its own? :scratchchin:

What's your point though? Nico lost the lead by turn one and his desperation cost Mercedes a 1-2 finish. Hamilton can start from pit lane and beat his teammate, Dico Rosberg has now turned 4 of his poles into race losses.

Rosberg on Sky....the fans that were booing me are British...
He doesn't think he is at fault....what a load of crap...

Desperate Desperados.....
Maldanado made the same move on Bianci?.....

Martin Brundle just showing where you have to touch the tyre to get a 90% chance of causing a puncture....& of course...where on the track to get the best outcome....3 miles from the pitlane...

Totally Rosberg fault, no doubt IMO, but to give him a penalty for it, as much as I would like to see one, it not penalty worthy.

Even I was like "dafug, rosberg?" Bro was disappointing me today. It ain't desperation though. I guarantee if it were the other way around we'd hear the normal senna bullpoo, "once you no longer go for a gap you are no longer a racing driver." Too bad, so sad!!
