Seven pole positions for rosberg to hamilton's four!! Attaboy nico :clap::clap::clap::clap:

I love how nico set the pole lap before his final lap once again, just like in monaco! Being last on the track today didn't matter because he had the job done before the end :thumbup::thumbup:

Yeah lucky for him he didn't get
Brake glazing like Lewis(i thought cakes got glazed not brakes:?: ) we were wondering what Lewis would have this quali and there you have it 1. Exploding brake 2. Car on fire 3. Brake grazing. Mind you pit lane to third whilst down on power...starting second will be a stroll in the park for the win.

Brake glazing is from memory where the brake pads have an odd heat cycle that causes them to have a hard (not good for stopping) surface.

I used to happen a lot to Evo owners if they dabbed or trailed the brake slightly.

As I can not imagine that happening in an F1 car maybe, hitting a puddle or something like that might of cooled the brakes quickly to cause the problem.

They look yummy !
Commentators were on about brake glazing. Lewis said it was pulling to one side and he had to go very carefully on them braking sooner.

Brake grazing may have affected Lewis a little, however, if you watched Sky's analysis both were level going into the final corner. Hamilton made an error and lost the time on the straight. The difference wasnt under braking, it was Lewis not getting the power down as well as Rosberg out of the last corner.

Deserved pole for Rosberg imo.
