I think it is only fair that all Lewis Fans deserves bragging rights at this point but I will ease off for now. :D There is still the slim possibility that Button can finish ahead of Lewis..(even though Button has less fresh engines).

This is going to be one of the sweetest victories for me as a Lewis fan. To me it means that Lewis has defeated not one, but TWO WDC teammates. A feat that no other current driver has achieved. Taking names and setting records!

All fans are biased towards their favourite drivers/teams, me included! I am a Jenson Button fan and even I can admit that he was poor in Korea, I believe it's time to concede to Lewis for this season; it's pointless fighting for the championship; it would require all his rivals, Lewis, Fernando, Sebastian and Mark to fall off the track in both of the last two races to make his second world championship dream come true this season, and that isn't going to happen!

His weaknesses of poor adaptabilty, slowness , poor tyre management and tendency to GAMBLE have reared their ugly heads again.

As a Jenson Button fan I agree his ability to adapt to a difficult car isn't good; he needs a specific type of car to go fast, and then he is almost unbeatable. I do not agree that Jenson has poor tyre management; I believe that in Korea, it was more down to poor car set-up; normally Jenson's tyres are in a better condition than Lewis' come the end of the race. It's amazing isn't it how when he gambles and it pays off; he is considered a driving genius; when it doesn't work out he is suddenly a poor driver.

Really? Says who? I for one have never called him a genius :P

While I don't think Button stands much of a chance at winning the championship after the Korean GP, I must say that he has exceeded my expectations this year. I'll never be a big fan of his style but my respect for him has definitely increased somewhat.

Forget Lewis V Jenson, they seem to work pretty well together.

Not only would it take that... It would also take Kubica, Rosberg, Shumacher, Massa and any host of other good or middling drivers who could beat him to the top step of the podium. He needs two wins and DNFs from the rest of the five to win. That means he also needs to beat everyone still around (which with his performance in Korea doesn't seem likely).

Jenson has had some shocking performances this season; being that far off your team mate at times isn't good, maybe Jenson needs some new engineers to help him with setup to suit his driving style; Jenson's biggest complaint this season is not being able to get his tyres upto temperature, some tweaks to the set-up would probably help that!

He suffered from that last with last year's Brawn car as well. I think the abysmal result for him in Korea was compounded by the fact that it clearly took the McLarens two laps for the tires to come to temperature, that's why Hamilton got blown out twice at the restarts. The tire strategy put him in the back of the field, and he never recovered.

There are too many examples of Button burning out his tyres to even think that he is any good at conserving. The only time that he was better with the tyres than Hamilton was in China. All the other races he either couldn't get them warm enough, or he burnt them out (the rears especially) before Hamilton in the race. Just at Korea: EVERYBODY started with the same full wet tyres and who burns them out first? Jenson Button. In FACT All evidence points towards Lewis being better able to manage the softer variety of tyres which require good tyre sensitivity/feel with corresponding steering and braking input.

BTW Guys... have all the Jenson fans ordered their Lewis Hamilton merchandise yet? Don't be disloyal now.. we can get your boy kicked out of our team. We have the team order go-ahead from MW :clap:

Please, i would like to see you send over a letter to Whitmarsh commanding him to kick Jenson out. Hell i would become a Button fan just to see if your arrogance and quite frankly idiocy will prevail.

I hope Alonso wins the championship. Drives like Germany, Hungary, Bahrain, Monaco, Singapore, Korea, Monza... (gasp for breath) prove how deserving he is. Even better ;)
