Actually I was neutral when Webber crashed out...but looking at it from that point of view, yeah! He crashed Lewis out both in Melbourne and Singapore with no penalty handed down to him! Yeah, okay I'm happy Webber crashed out!

Grasping for straws, grasping for straws...in a race won by my most disliked sportsman in the world.. :D:D

Ya know, lots of the gay bashing is done by in-the-closet people. So, are you secretly in love with FA, eh?:hehe::P

You might think she shares your hunches when I express my intense dislike for Alonso. But I also glorify Kimi with similar passion, so it all gets a bit confusing for her. :D

Has anyone seen the JB interview after the race? I don't know whether to laugh or cry for the man; he looked like a wet, emotionally broken mess.
Still, I have to be happy that he will play a supporting role to Hamilton from now on. Quite frankly, not only Jenson but also his fans will have to put their full support behind Hamilton.

On the whole topic of Lewis Vs Jenson; I think it is fair to say that Jenson was hit for six in this race. His weaknesses of poor adaptabilty, slowness , poor tyre management and tendency to GAMBLE have reared their ugly heads again.

So much for being "smoove" and strategic.

Race Score: 12 - 5
Qualy score: 13 - 4

Two races left to go. But we already know that Jenson is obliged to finish behind Lewis.

Lol it's very quite all of a sudden, where is jensonb and the other Button dreamers.

As for Jenson playing a supporting role, i dont think he can even support his girl at the moment. Yet again Jenson is exposed for the middle of the road driver he is.

I don't think i have heard a driver moan so much or make up silly excuses. Watching him dribble on in the after race interview was classic,he really was pathetic.

I though he was going to accuse someone of doing something to his car lol. Jake the sausage humphreys and his pro Jenson team were gutted and tried to make dumb excuses for him.

Lewis does not need Jenson to support him at all.

You guys got the link to the interview? Unfortunately my telecast doesn't cover driver interviews who crashed out/outside podium positions.

Button not ready to help Hamilton

Teams: McLaren Jenson Button is not ready to abandon his championship challenge and support McLaren team-mate Lewis Hamilton.

Button's chances are now incredibly slim as he is fifth in the title chase and 42 points adrift of championship leader Fernando Alonso. Immediately after the race Button said his championship defence was over but he has since changed his mind.

"I don't stand by that now," he told the BBC on Sunday evening. "You don't win world championships by conceding defeat before it is all over. You have seen today how things can change. If mathematically I couldn't win the championship then, yes, I would help Lewis."

Team boss Martin Whitmarsh said he will not issue any team orders but expects Button to help Hamilton, who is 21 points off Alonso, voluntarily.

"For us, the strategy is clear," Whitmarsh is quoted by Auto Motor und Sport. "We don't really have to say anything to our drivers. Jenson will offer his help to Hamilton voluntarily, because he knows that we have treated him fairly throughout the year. And because he knows that he will win now only with a miracle."

Looking at rivals Red Bull, Whitmarsh said that Mark Webber should get preferential treatment over Sebastian Vettel, but is not expecting the team to adopt that strategy.

"Logic dictates that all the eggs are now put in the Webber basket," he said. "But this team's heart beats for Vettel. There has been so much unrest that I am not expecting a clear statement from them."

Red Bull boss Christian Horner is not prepared to support just one driver: "It would be wrong to do that. Our strategy will be to push both drivers."

But he sees the McLaren situation the other way and believes that Button is now out of the running.

"That's a different situation," Horner said. "It's a bit of a no brainer; I mean, there's only 50 points available. But I don't run McLaren, that's their issue, not mine."

I disagree, look at the points situation, Lewis could do with Jenson occupying some of the big points slots instead of another championship contender being there.

Lol, he will help him says the team boss, but of course completely voluntarily. Why will he help him? Cos the team were good to him and he can't win the title, that little statement isn't too far away from "Massa must support Alonso", assuming Whitmarsh hasn't be misquoted of course.

And Whitmarsh and Horner are telling the others they should use team orders but of course they won't do that themsleves, but its the right thing for the other team to do

Dude you are so biased in your fawning over Lewis that reality escapes you  !

Lets jump ahead to your most beloved season ok? That would probably be the year 3030 when you can form and build your own virtual series and all the drivers will be Lewis so no matter what the race outcome you'll be happy! While on the other hand I see your part starting at the 6:19min mark until the end :whip: ;

Are you replying to Texas's response or just to the fact that he made a joke involving Lewis. Texas was responding directly to "The Ram" whereas you might have interpreted him to be calling all Lewis fans fanboys when really he is just responding to the comments of "The Ram".
