How is one driver taking any blame for an altercation in a night club another driver was involved in?

Apparently Lewis was in that club, and rumor has it that he had played some sort of part in this whole fiasco but didn't actually commit any fault per say. However, things escalate quickly in these cases so best to stay away.

Heikki Kovalainen today revelead to finnish newspaper Iltalehti he is most likely not going to be driving in formula 1 next season. He still has no contract and knows it is not a good sign. Looks like theyre bringing in Pic and Giedo van der Garde for next season.

That would be a shame, Kovalainen has done a brilliant job in that Caterham over the past three seasons and really deserves to stay in F1. Sadly, it seems to be more and more about money.
