I think I'll take DC's word over yours:
DC was asked on the BBC forum after the Singapore GP if Webber should have been penalised for driving off the track when fighting with Alonso.
DC said the white line defines the track if you drive over the line you should be penalised.He never said that about Rakkonen in the Belgium GP.In other words don't listen to DC he is as inconsistent as the race strewards.
He used the run off to gain an unfair advantage JUST as he did at Spa in 08. So i guess its ok for Kimi to do that, infact he would not have won the race if he did not gain so many positions unfairly there!
