I wouldn't be surprised if the Piquets have put together some very dodgy evidence. With Renault now being summoned this might turn into a messy affair.

The real answer will be in the telemetry and nothing else.

Their is cheating and their is damn right dangerous stupidity in my book.If these allegations are true,god help Renault because this goes beyond anything i have ever witness in F1.

What about safety for other drivers or safety for their own driver,freak accidents do happen you know. Then we have the 2008 championship that was won and lost over a single point? WTF does this mean for Lewis and Felipe if these allegations are true. It's going to go two ways ,either it gets blow under the carpet and blamed on some disgruntled ex Renault driver or the brown stuff is about to hit the fan and probably break it.

Well, that depends on who was involved, provided it was found to be true. I mean, it could be a case of only one person and the driver being involved, like it supposedly was with Dave Ryan and Lewis Hamilton in Australia. That said, I still believe this is untrue.

To an extent, yes, although it is still manipulating the result of a grand prix. Both are terrible and I was sad to see it happen the first time, so if it was to have happened twice I'd be quite frustrated.

And consider that many teams have cheated over the years though i agree cheating should be treated harshly. Can Renault afford £50 million?

No they can't. No teams can now. If Renault are found guilty of cheating then thats F1 over for them. They will bail, that I can assure you. The whole situation sucks. Its putting me in bad form.
