Does Mosley think we're all that gullible?

Seemingly so.

The thing is, he has used this 'victim' scam so often in the past it is amazing to me that anyone believes him...yet clearly there are those who do. Perhaps he is right and it is an entire board of idiots who have been doing things like introducing KERS and then crying about money. Maybe it is an entire board that sends inexperienced stewards to the pinnacle of motorsport events and then wonders why things go to hell. Even if that is true, he is still the leader and HIS leadership has taken formula one from a first class racing venue to the Jerry Springer show. HE is leading this rabble. HE is supposed to guide this herd, and if that is not so...why bother having his job in the first place.

Teams should call it a day now and say you either go or we break, enough cat footing with him .. And if he starts his nonsense along the lines of ' this is wholly innaccurate and i am completey honest' or any of his other ridiculous superlatives then they should just say to him-

Sorry , dont want to hear, game over.

Yes Mosley is making more of it than is necessary but I someone printed that I had been relieved of my job when it was wholly untrue then I would be extremely pissed as well. FOTA should have just released the facts or made a joint statement with the FIA and we wouldn't have this bullsh*t situation! Just apologise for f*ck sake and move on!

FOTA just released the facts, Mosley LOST, thats what he is most pissed off about. though anyone with a brain would have seen this by the fact FOTA got what it wanted. so dont know why he is getting all upset about his losing face even the immediate stepping down comment aside.

It looks to me like Mosely promised or at least alluded to stepping aside and letting someone else basically run the show....with no intention of actually doing so. Just like the last "deal" that was struck only to have Mosely increase the agreement by 2 years and attempt to sneak the deal past the teams. The man is a notorious cheat....and the fact that the teams have not come out with a retraction tells me that what they released was the deal as they knew it....now Max wants to renig on that deal....AGAIN. It's not like this is the first time this nazi piece of filth has pulled this s***. I know you want to believe in him, but if you really look at all of the games he has played, calling the teams loonies, calling their breakaway fictitious, threatening frivolous lawsuits, changing deals after leaving the table, trying to pit the teams against each other by releasing the info on Ferrari's veto power...on and on and on....the guy is a nut job. He is being pressured from all over the world to run again is he? I can't for the life of me fathom that. Other than you, I have yet to see, hear of, or speak to a single race fan that doesn't think this guy has caused, promoted, furthered, and/or fabricated every single bit of drama F1 has experienced over this issue. He is a menace and damaging to the sport. If the teams back off him one little bit I will be sorely disappointed.

The fact that FOTA announced Mosley to be powerless and been removed effective immediately is the big issue! It was a cheap shot fired by FOTA that really didn't need to be said, the deal had been done, just be satisfied that they've won the battle instead of gloating. I believe that Montezemolo, Howett and Briatore have a personal vendetta against Mosley. And Mosley is just as much to blame with his vendetta against Montezomolo and Ferrari. The bottom line is I want this feud over so we can get back to racing. I don't give a damn who won the battle. If all sides kept it private instead of using the media as they own personal memo system, this whole situation could have been avoided!

So is F1 at risk again, or is it safe? coz I'm confused and worried.

I think everyone is pal.

From all the stuff I have read here and on a Ferrari website which has F1 insider's, team members, F1 is not at risk and Max has been left the honorary title of FIA president. He has no power or say so though and will leave come October as that was one of the main stipulation's of the truce between FOTA and the FIA. Let's not forget that Bernie was one of the conductor's behind Max's departure, he is not willing to risk F1's future and his empire to a demented whoremonger.

Max is just being the little bitch that got kicked off the playground he once controlled by being a bully and underhanded tool.

If Mosley have been stripped of all power and is president in name only; why hasn't the FIA released an announcement to that effect?

Read through the F1 News forum and do alittle research and you will find the answer to your question.
