That's good news Tex. There is a saying that when you do plenty of Cardio excercise you will feel the pounds drop off more than the scales will tell you. :)

Something like that at least.... :P

Also, passed my theory test today  Hopefully taking my driving test next month or beginning of september.

Okay I still having a few problems with my self confidence but im hoping that will sort itself out in next few months, but it is tad hard.
Congrats on passing the theory :) Bet you can't wait to take the practical test now  Good luck on the job hunting front too - I know how soul destroying it can be to work somewhere you don't like.

Thanks Anna! I was worried that some would have the 'oh thats gross' outlook but we all must admit that they, the bodybuilder's, know what they are doing. Since I am making such a drastic/hardcore career change I must put 120% into being the best cadet/officer/person I can be. I will continue with her even after we accomplish what I need as a new cadet yet we are going to focus mainly on the six week's I have left before class start's, I'm so PUMPED :hehe: !!!!!

Thanks for the support :cloud9: ,

Seeing as most of my friends are on their holidays at the moment leaving me with not much else to do, I decided to go to the local Gym today for the first time for years and do a nice, thorough workout. During the week I like to go for runs on Tuesday and Thursday nights after work as well, but I don't have much time to do anything else.

Then afterwards for the first time in about 10 years I went for a swim as well, it really helped loosen me up after doing so many weights, and I quickly got back into the "swim" of things, I used to be a good swimmer back in the days when I was doing Gold certificate etc. The swim will make me feel less stiff tomorrow morning when I wake up.

I might start doing this more regularly now on Saturday afternoons when nobody's around or there's no Motorsport on TV. :)
