I am so looking forward to next year. The team mate battles are going to be intense. I can see tears and relationship break downs up and down the paddock.

Yup!! What cracks me up is that they're all "guys"!!

I'm very hopeful for Lotus and the driver pairing of Grosjean and Hulkenberg, coupled with a a decent long term plan... I think I've got my underdog team!

Totally agree, Should be a good driver pairing going forward if Lotus go with that.

Sadly, I can see Sauber looking at Maldonado alongside Sirotkin. Their financial situation is dire and both of those bring in more than Gutiérrez.

Actually Maldonado deserves a seat more than Gutierrez...what the heck has the latter done anyway. One good result this season and that's it...the psycho guy has at least got a pretty impressive win under his belt.

I don't agree. Whilst Gutiérrez has not had a good season, I believe he has far more potential than Maldonado, who I think we've seen the best of. Add to that the fact that he's not nearly as dangerous (and not intentionally so at all), and I think he deserves to be given another season. Maldonado can go race in destruction derby or something.

Also, Maldonado's rookie season wasn't very impressive either. Gutierrez's has been better than that, although he's in a relatively better car.

To me Gutierrez just doesn't seem to have the pace for F1. For his teammate to be trouncing him in this way (Hulkenburg isn't God, he's just doing what the car allows him to) it shows he's got a lot left to improve. Maldonado has never been trounced this way by a teammate in terms of pace or points. I think he was paired with Barrichello once and sort of held his own in terms of pace.

I don't like the guy one bit and would prefer he buggered off from F1 but he does have some talent, not too many inexperienced drivers could've managed to beat Ferrari and Alonso at Barcelona in a straight fight.

Gutierrez I'm sure will stay for another season. Sutil is more to the side of staying with Force india. And I am sure McLaren will sign Magnussen
