HA! I just noticed your post. Scary bud, perhaps we're spending entirely too much time around here? I'll buy you a beer one day for stealing your material, my apologies.

Now officially begins the autumn testing season for 2012...

Only for Red Bull Racing

Lewis's defensiveness made my day but i would prefer the place 1st.Btw in the race i noticed that there wasnt much spectators as i expected. There were less than Turkey, apperaently, despite they did more ads.

Redbull spy tweeted this which I found funny.

“@redbullf1spy: Korean GP organisers announce a fantasy race day crowd of 84, 174. That must include mosquitoes. And fish. And those were counted twice.”

This one was not aired on TV :hehe::

McLaren: "Keep going, there's only 15 laps left"
Lewis: "What!? Five laps ago you said I had also 15 laps left"

 I dont think communications have been good between lewis and Mclaren in any way, shape or form this weekend. He told them to stop talking to him again.

But I really wish they would either do something with this circuit or just get rid, it's terrible.

I don't necessarily agree with you there. The circuit gave us some brilliant bits of racing today, better than would've been achieved at circuits like Barcelona, Budapest, Valencia, Monaco or dare I say it... Magny Cours. I enjoyed the race a lot.

Great victory by Seb again, there is just no stopping that guy! Brilliant stuff between Lewis and Mark, was hoping Jenson and Fernando could've joined in, because that would've been something to behold.

Disappointed not to see McLaren win their 700th Grand Prix, but it was a strong result nontheless, seeing as RBR were just too quick. Massive mistake bringing Mark in to pit on the same lap as Lewis. Not been much mention of that howler (which wouldn't have been the case had it been McLaren who'd made the mistake!)

Brilliant result for Toro Rosso too, especially Jaime Alguersuari. He's really come alive in the second half of this season.

You sure? No mention of that on McLarens live commentary where every word a driver says on the radio is posted on the live feed.

Supendesu that is funny, reading the commentary the engineer said 19 laps to go which was what Lewis was referring to 5 minutes beforehand, I guess Lewis misheard him. Wanted to hear 5 laps to go :hehe:

I'm with you on that too. That middle sector on the track looks like it'd be so fun to drive with those fast sweeping turns, and webber and hamilton showed some awesome racing there. I don't think this track or race disappointed at all. I'm sure all the ferrari and mclaren fans were biting their nails especially during the first 10 laps, and I was loving it watching webber and hamilton go at it for the entire 2nd half of the race. I kept yelling "come on you aussie MF!!" LOL

Absolutely

There's been nothing to suggest (IMO) that this Korean circuit is a flop as of yet. We've seen two races now, and both have been highly entertaining.

Even if he did we have heard it all before from many drivers, alonso many a time for example, doesn't mean as you suggest the driver is not on talking terms with the team. Which quite frankly is giving me a head ache hearing gossip and suspicions based on no fact.

Have a read of the live commentary you'll find some shockers on there to disprove your theory...

Hamilton's radio message came on while Schumacher was being interviewed about being run into by Petrov. Brundle checked back and did indeed report that Hamilton said "Don't talk to me while I'm braking."

He must have been listening to some of Alonso's transmission. That's the sort of stuff he usually comes away with.

I quite enjoyed this race, actually - don't think the circuit is too bad. Not my favourite though, and a shame not to see more fans there. Did I understand rightly that the circuit is not used for much else throughout the year? Or did I make that up in my head?

Another good solid drive from Vettel - the driver/car combo has been almost bulletproof in his case this season, so not much of a surprise really. Liked the cheeky fastest lap at the end though.

I enjoyed the battle for second between Lewis and Webber - proper old school racing and nice to see both of them looking strong. Alonso was quite impressive once he got going as well. I should think Ferrari will be having a few more conversations about team orders following this race though...

Great performance from the Torro Rosso's especially Algesuari - I was impressed with their straight line speed today.

And congratulations to Red Bull on the constructors championship - very well deserved
